Before you install
Do I need a new WhatsApp number?
No. GetCart can use the same number as your WhatsApp Business, and you keep using the app on your phone. You can also connect a new number if you prefer.
Will shoppers who already bought get a message?
No. Before sending, GetCart checks whether the person placed any order in the last 24 h, and checks again right before sending.
Can the AI give a bigger discount than I allowed?
No. Every offer goes through a check in code before it is sent. If it is above your limit or below cost, it is blocked and the shopper gets a safe reply.
How do you know the sale came from GetCart?
Through the unique coupon from the conversation or the signed reference in the cart link. You see the conversation and the order side by side for every recovered sale.
Can I test it before turning it on for my customers?
Yes. In the dashboard you chat with the agent as if you were a shopper, with your rules, and see every decision it makes.
